Target Your Expenses

Aggressive and effective case management of your claims by EAS will reduce your costs, resulting in a lower adjusted annual premium for your company.

Take Control of Your Insurance Premiums

The modification factor rate is the “financial penalty” charged to the employer for their negative workers compensation claims loss history. It is affected by frequency, severity and duration of their claims.

Smaller Companies Still Need to Control Their Claims

Smaller companies that are not subject to an experience modification factor need to still control their claims. Your annual premium may be adjusted up during the underwriting process based on “characteristics of risk” and loss history of your company, no matter how small you are.

A Value-Added Advocate for Your Company

At Employers Advocate Services, we are truly an advocate for you.  EAS is a “value added service” for your company; value that will help you stay financially healthy while adding to your bottom line. We take control of your workers compensation claim while you stay focused on taking care of your “core business”.

Employer's Advocate Services - Workers Compensation Employer Resource

EAS - Your Corporate AdvocateWorkers Compensation Claims Management Service

Employer’s Advocate Services (EAS) was formed by seasoned pros that know the workers’ compensation system “inside-and-out”. We have over 20 years of experience dealing with the intricacies of this complex and challenging process. Our goal is simple and clear: Accelerate your workers’ compensation claim to final closure with the least amount of costs being incurred during the process.

Your company will be assigned a Personal Case Manager to handle your workers’ compensation claims. The Case Manager will perform due diligence to determine the legitimacy level of your claim and assure that all the actions being taken on the claim (by all the parties involved) are being executed efficiently and effectively on behalf of the Employer. The Case Manager, through interaction with the Broker, Employer, Employee, Doctor, Insurance Examiner and other parties of interest will focus on controlling each claim. Specifically they will assess the direction of the claim, determine medical status, develop job descriptions, coordinate temporary work, and take amicable corrective and or additional actions as needed.

EAS is the Employer Watchdog, making sure that everything gets done for the benefit of you – the Employer.  This includes the implementation and strict enforcement of a comprehensive Return to Work Program.

EAS will provide a concise quarterly (or more often if requested) Claims Management Progress Report on every claim so that you know what we are doing at all times and what savings are being achieved along the way. Click here to view an example of this Progress Report.

In order to maximize the cost effectiveness and savings potential on each claim, we highly recommend that you assign the claim to EASfrom day one. However, we will take on a claim that is already in progress regardless of what stage it is in.
