EAS Early Return to Work (ERTW) Program Enrollment

Your annual enrollment will give your company immediate access to our Claims Management Specialist who will be available to implement the EAS RTW program on your request. Membership in the EAS Return to Work Program may qualify your company for a premium discount with your Insurance Carrier and/or satisfy a pre-requisite by your Carrier to write your workers compensation policy.

Fee: $125 per year.

Annual Comprehensive Claims Management Program

Employers Advocate Services will research, analyze, determine status and make recommendations on all your open claims affecting your insurance premium (current policy and four prior policy years); we wrap our arms around these cases and “get in front of them”. EAS will take all the actions necessary to minimize the costs incurred on each claim while accelerating it to closure; we will also be the employer’s first point of contact for any new claim that arises at which time EAS will fully implement our claims management program (for the duration of the service agreement).

Fee: To be quoted upon review of 5 year loss-run history.

Specific Claim/Case Management

EAS will research, analyze, determine status and make recommendations on any open claim of your choice; this is a claim/case specific service.

Fee: $125 per hour/ 2 hr minimum; $100 per hour thereafter subject to pre-authorization by the employer.

OR

Fee: $500 for 5 hour minimum claims management service.

On-Site Comprehensive File Review Meeting (on request only)

Fee: $750.00 + travel (to be quoted).
